These surgeries do not take much time, and the recuperation is also very quick. The woman can resume her job within a week. Earlier surgeries used to be a bit risky, but with saline implants they have become much safer. One argument against breast enlargement surgery is that women who have undergone the surgery could lose their sexual sensations in the breasts, or may lose some of their physiological functions such as lactation.
